How To Register
STEP 1
Every individual is required to have a form completed, unless they are apart of a Family Plan. You may fill out this form on behalf of a child, elder parent or anyone else you choose. Dues are highlighted on the registration form.
STEP 2
Pay Your Dues
All payment are processed securely online.
If you may need to mail payments, please contact, Finance Officers at info@simmonsfamilylegacy.org.
STEP 3
Family members may reserve their rooms online directly through our website portal of our host hotel, Embassy Suites Hilton Birmingham.
